User Guide — Showing Power BI Reports Inside OnCoor

|  Last updated: September 2026

1. Overview

Reports built in Power BI can be shown directly inside OnCoor. The PowerBI Report screen is where you register those reports — telling OnCoor which report to show and where to show it — so people can open them without leaving the platform.

WHERE TO FIND IT — PowerBI Report is under Process → Config. It opens on the list of registered reports.

2. Reading the List

Each row is one registered report.

3. Adding a Report

  1. Click the Add button (the +) to open Add New Group Report.
  2. Fill in the details:

  1. Save. The report appears in the list and, once Active, shows on its chosen screen.

YOU NEED THE POWER BI IDS — Registering a report is really about pointing OnCoor at the right Power BI report, so have the Workspace ID and Report ID from Power BI ready before you start.
